install koha on ubuntu 16.04.06 versions 19.11 and 19.05 and I get the same
error as this [Mon Feb 10 17:12:17 2020] install.pl: DBD :: mysql :: st execute
failed: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails at
/usr/share/perl5/DBIx/RunSQL.pm line 273.
I am doing my university stay and at the time of installation I get this, some
solution;
I am occupying mariadb 10.0.38
