I agree with Shanna completely!  Right now I have to use two different browsers
& this is my workaround workflow:

Go to record in Chrome, which is set to basic editor.  Duplicate record in
Chrome with basic editor, save record.  Copy URL.

Go to Firefox, which is set to advanced editor, paste in record URL, then go to
edit record.

Lots of "click, click, click, click, click..." when I would save SO much time
just being able to duplicate the record in the advanced editor.
