Owen, sorry but I found a regression.

With OPACPopupAuthorsSearch and NOT OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay
Hit /cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumber=15
Without the patch, the link on "Additional authors: Bradbury, Nicola." opens a
popup. It does not with your patch.
