Thanks for all the changes Aleisha! When changing facets it now remembers the
setting.

However, the only thing thing that isn't working is on the staff interface.

When you try to go back to the default (Library default: 10) nothing happens,
example URL - the number doesn't change, the page doesn't automatically refredh
and a # is added at the end of the URL:
http://127.0.0.1:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?count=20&idx=kw&q=cat#
