Hi, this sounds more like a support request than a bug report. Usually if a
record cannot be found, there is a problem with the search engine/indexing.
Please ask on the mailing list
(https://koha-community.org/support/koha-mailing-lists/) or drop into the Koha
IRC channel for support (https://koha-community.org/get-involved/irc/).
Make sure to include the version of your Koha installation, how you installed
it and which search engine you are using (Zebra or Elasticsearch).
