This can't quite work as suggested, as there is no link between the invoice and
the cancelled orders. You'd have to somehow make that link manually after it
was cancelled (when it's cancelled before receiving from the basket page) or we
could make the link when it's cancelled from the receive page.

But I wonder if that is really necessary?
