Bug 24363: Small CSS change to align datepicker within input

This is a small CSS change to align the datepicker within the input
TEST PLAN:
1. Look at additem.pl datepicker and notice it isn't too sexy.
2. Apply patch and regenerate CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)
3. Look at the additem.pl datepicker and see that it looks better.
4. Since the SCSS for ui-datepicker-trigger is global take some time to look at
other date pickers in the Koha staff client and confirm they also look good.
