Instead it shows the payment line - I think some variables are not quite right
there. It's different in 19.05 as Caroline verified on IRC.

Fee receipt - list of fines paid (print is on payment line)
Invoice - list of payments made (print is on fine/fee)

It appears turned upside down now.
