Based on the compiled CSS it looks like there is a custom Koha skin at
skins/contrib/koha/bug.css

If that's right, then I suggest adding this to that file:

body {
    font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}

.links a:hover {
    color: #FFC;
    font-weight: normal;
}
