Hi Martin,

looks good, I added to little follow-ups and spotted the problem in test (see
my previous comment)

I have only one concern about printing receipt: I would like to see ability to
print receipt manually (maybe using modal which is implemented to confirm
change return). With current patches it is possible to print receipt only if
automatic printing is enabled. But it also enables automatic printing in
patrons accounting. I do think that there should be possibility to print
receipt from POS manually too.
