Summary: Frameworks does not support two different sets of
indicators for each subfield for one tag.

Frameworks configuration silently ignores having two different sets of
indicators for one field.
It appears that you can't control the indicator value for each subcode within
one tag.
I wish to use two framework entries in the Marc tag 024. These are:
024 10 $a, and 024 30 $a for UPC and EAN bar codes respectively.
I can set the first one for UPC but when I create the 2nd subcode entry in
Frameworks,
it is silently ignored. I have not noticed any error entry in the log.
The first one that I enter is visible, but there is no sign of the 2nd
subfield.
There is no issue if a MARC record is imported with either or both of these
coombination
of tag, indicators and subfields.
