There is some hardcoded stuff in the new POS feature that is wrong when another
CurrencyFormat tha US is used:

<p>The change to give is <b><span id="modal_change">0.00</span></b>.</p>
<span id="change">0.00</span>
<input type="hidden" name="change" value="0.00"/>

This needs a thorough check and fix.
