Having a timestamp (last modified), created and deleted is what would be
helpful. We have some sync functionality with our unoin catalog, where the
dates are needed. 

We might want the newest of them to survive, because: depending on the change,
not every of the 3 tables in question is updated and the timestamps might be
out of sync.
