Note to QA:
This is a bit of a workaround to fix the SRU import.
See also bug 18153.
Leader 9 is actually undefined in UNIMARC.
Field 100 $a/26-29 Character Sets (Mandatory) should be 50
  50 = ISO 10646 Level 3 (Unicode, UTF-8)

But we depend heavily on MARC::Record.
