I can confirm the button is showing now.  Now if the actual image would show,
we're in business.

I would still encourage you to remove the take button from the detail screen
and add it the Add window (same window where the browse and upload buttons are.
 That way it is accessible from details or circulation through the add button,
and you centralize it and don't have to worry about were to go to get to it.
