Following the test plan above:
When returning the item with the rule set to "Refund lost item charge and
charge new overdue fine", no new fine was generated. Patron ended up with no
lost fee or overdue charge for the second item,

When returning the item with the rule set to "Refund lost item charge and
restore overdue fine", I got this error: "Unknown error code
LostItemFeeRestored at /kohadevbox/koha/circ/returns.pl line 544"
Looks like the chunk of code in question relates to claims returned?
