When I checked out an item that did not have a hold on it and was not scheduled
for auto renew the checkout screen did not load and display the item in the
issues table. It only showed the 'Loading... you may continue scanning' button
on the screen.  Subsequent checkouts did not display either and the 'Loading'
button remained on the screen. The checkouts tab showed that 4 items had been
checked out but they don't display in the issues table.
