Can we change $namespace in Koha/BackgroundJob.pm and
misc/background_jobs_worker.pl from "memcached_namespace" to "database"? 

I think this is a more robust choice for Koha instances that have been upgraded
over time (since there is no guarantee that they even have
"memcached_namespace" even set in their koha-conf.xml).

Happy for this to be done in a separate bug report. 

I figure we really should get #22417 into master ASAP, and we can improve it
with other bug reports?
