The option for a library to use the feature, itemBarcodeFallbackSearch, does
not work as expected.

When entering in a title into this checkout box, the search that Koha performs
does not give accurate or close to accurate results.  A library may expect to
find the same search results that they would get from doing a keyword search in
Koha, however, this is not the case. The title of "Great Britain" into the
checkout box, gives no results with either Great or Britain in the 10 results
Koha displays.  Using the keyword search in Koha (search the catalog),
searching Great Britain, the first result is the correct result. 

Increased relevancy of this feature is much desired!
