Looks like Tomas has already added translations to a plugin
(https://gitlab.com/thekesolutions/plugins/koha-plugin-pay-via-paypal/-/tree/master/Koha/Plugin/Com/Theke/PayViaPayPal),
so I'll model my work on that.
