To recreate:
- stage a batch of authority records
- go to manage-marc-import.pl for that batch
- click Apply Different Matching Rules (it doesn't matter whether or not you
change something before you click it)
- Koha gives a message of "Changed item processing option" 

I don't see an actual issue with performance here -- item processing is
irrelevant for authorities, which is why we don't see those options -- but it's
slightly confusing and should be removed.
