Hi,

At about 21:00UTC today we also started to have this problem.

We're running 19.05.12 on Ubuntu 18.04.

The solution in comment 11 seems to work for now.

% pmvers Mojolicious::Plugin::OpenAPI

Error message in plack-error.log is:

Error while loading /etc/koha/plack.psgi: Can't load application from file
"/usr/share/koha/api/v1/app.pl": [JSON::Validator] GET
http://swagger.io/v2/schema.json == Connect timeout at
/usr/share/perl5/JSON/Validator.pm line 274.
Compilation failed in require at (eval 389) line 1.
