Bug 24770: Show age of patron on circulation page

This patch only adds new line containing age to the patron info

1) Navigate to a patron checkout page
2) No age is visible above "category" in patron's info above circ menu
3) Apply the patch
4) Reload this patron
5) Age is here and always visible regardless the active tab
