Macros I had in my cache before applying patches are not visible after patch,
so I cannot convert them. Failing QA for this.

I also got a weird error that I cannot seem to recreate:
- create user with only "catalogue" and "editcatalogue" permissions
- open incognito window, log in as your user
- create a new macro, mark it public
- click away from your new macro
- click back to your new macro to edit it, get this error:
"Failed to load macros:{"error":"This macro is shared, you must access it via
advancededitormacros\/shared"}"

But it lets you edit the macro anyway? And it still shows and works for other
users?
And then once I'd logged out and back in again, the error stopped. As I said, I
haven't been able to make it happen again.
