Yes, I am using default - freshly set up database without any changes. What's
your authorised value?

I wonder about this line:

[marc:subfield[@code='n'] = '1']">

I would have expected != ''.

But YES_NO is 0 or 1 so that makes sense. Are you using other values by chance?
OpacSuppression activated?
