I'm not familiar with G Suite, but I imagine Bug 10988 would be relevant.

Koha may need additional work to be optimized for G Suite as per comments on
https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/openid-connect, but I
haven't investigated that and I'm not likely to do so.
