Confirmed: intranet-tmpl/prog/ca-ES/includes/patron-title.inc is generated with
the wrong markup:

[%- span_start = '<span class="patron-title">‘ %] [%- span_end = ‘</span>' %]

Note the "‘" character where there should be a single quote.
