I tried to go back to just before these patches to make
xt/author/translatable-templates.t fail, unsuccessfully. I'm not sure what this
script is supposed to test, because even with a completely broken template with
invalid html and invalid TT markup, the tests pass.
So it looks like the test is useless, and I suggest to remove it.
