Hi, I made some changes to:
- Name the new column issuer_id
- Name the method for accessing the related patron 'issuer' (which actually
makes sense as it would be named the same as the DBIC relationship)
- Removed the unnecessary translation for the API
- Added the new attribute name, type and description to the API spec
- Added an optional 'issuer' attribute, with its corresponding 'x-koha-embed'
so it is more useful for displaying checkouts.
