I'm now thinking of just making Koha::Number::Price a more formal object we can
adopt and getting current functions that return 'numbers' to return
Koha::Number::Price objects and then overload the various comparison and
mathematic operators to 'do the right thing'... something a bit similar to how
DateTime overloads comparison operators.
