To reproduce :
  - have 2 librairies A and B
  - set localisation to library A
  - have a patron category limited to library A
  - on patron batch modification, enter several cardnumbers for patrons from
libraries A and B
  - select as new category the one limit to A use only
  - at saving, there is no alert for patrons registered on library B and the
new category is apply for all patrons
