With bug 26577 and all its dependencies applied, I created a new bib and item
by adding a new title to a cart. I deleted the item and then the bib without
cancelling the order, reloaded the basket page, and clicked "Cancel order." I
got this error:
Cannot insert order: Mandatory parameter biblionumber is missing at
/kohadevbox/koha/acqui/cancelorder.pl line 60.
