Bug 22690 - Output from tests for Item.t

Thanks Ere! That made a huge difference, and the merge takes almost no time at
all now (less than 1 minute)

However, the the tests for prove -v t/db_dependent/Koha/Item.t run a lot faster
as well, but still fail - see attachment Bug 22690 - Output from tests for
Item.t.
