This might be an edge case, but if you:
- Partially pay a charge (pay $5 off a $15 charge)
- Pay the rest of the charge (pay $10 off a $15 charge)
- Void one of the payments for the charge
- Then you cannot cancel the charge
- This option comes back when you void the other partial payment
