Before this patch on koha-testing-docker if I add two manual fees and click on
the print button on either one of the fees then it shows that fee as itemized.
After applying this patch, running updatedatabase and restart_all I only see
the total amount and not details for this fee. I think this is not expected,
after this patch all the fee lines are supposed to be shown, right?
