I've added a mechanism so that the context (staff, opac, api) is passed to the
Can(Item|Book)BeReserved.

Nick, I couldn't see double checks in the pl's.
(made a grep on opacitemholds in the pl's...)
you are right and i didn't try to remove anything :)
