This doesn't work. When I go to
http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/svc/barcode?barcode=123456789 I get:

Global symbol "$cgi" requires explicit package name (did you forget to declare
"my $cgi"?) at /kohadevbox/koha/opac/svc/barcode line 94
