When clicking on “Show inactive budgets” from acqui-home.pl you can get a very
long page of data if you have even several inactive budgets causing to user to
have to do lots of scrolling in order to see last year’s budget.  It would be
helpful to create a dropdown box to allow the user to select which inactive
budget they would like to view.  This would be more efficient and prevent
unnecessary scrolling.
