The problem was pointed out in comment#9 - the term is not only used as a
single word, but also in some sentences. And in these cases, it might not be an
easy search and replace action, as surrounding words need to be changed as
well.

I believe what you suggest there is not so different to the new
mechanics/workflows we have with the I18N code.
