Tested on Chrome version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Same version as yours.
But all seems to work fine. I can select MARC or Card from the dropdown and it
responds. And after that I can click on the button and it works too.
Could you verify if the browser cache is not causing it? Use Ctrl+F5 to refresh
the page?
