We encounter this problem in the Advanced Cataloging Editor when editing the
001.  When you add data anywhere within the 001 tag it replaces data that was
already there leading to mistakes.  We have to always remember to use the
Insert key in this field in order to not type over stuff.  It would be nice if
we didn't have to do that because it would increase accuracy and save time.
