Hello! We've just tested version 20.05.04 a bit and had some problems with
placing a hold in the staff interface. First, we thought the problem was a
javascript crash (see 26460). We've updated this, but the problem is still
there.

This is what we did:

1. Set On shelf holds allowed to If all unavailable to an item type.
2. Search the catalog for a book with available items with the item type above.
3. Place a hold and choose a user that can make that hold. Normally, the system
shows that this is against the rules, but that doesnt show up.

Note: there is no problem in the OPAC. If the user tries to make a hold request
there, koha says it is not possible.
