All errors from QA script are gone :)

One minor annoyance: when you apply all patches except those with "DO NOT
PUSH", it fail at some point:

the ability to cancel a job de new_koha_job.pl laissée dans l'arbre.
error: Échec d'intégration des modifications.
le patch a échoué à 0001 Bug 22417: Add the ability to cancel a job

It may be good to do a little cleanup on these patches, and maybe squash
followup patches ?
