Hm, I had actually typed up a nice comment about Z39.50/SRU and the like... but
I probably never saved it :(

There is another bug around where we were discussing making this behaviour
configuable (Zebra only, Elasticsearch only, Both), but at the moment it's
intentional to have both running as the default use case. (afaik)
