Text in .js files requires __( to be translatable. _( can only be used in
templates. See:
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Coding_Guidelines#JS5:_Enabling_translation_of_language_strings_in_linked_JavaScript
But I believe as the .js file in question is outside of the language
directories, this won't work there either.
I am not sure, but do we really want this check on every page? Would it not be
enough to warn on the start page maybe?
