I think there is some consensus on that cancelled orders should not show on
invoices. 

Ray seems to describe a separate issue that concerns falsely cancelled orders
for received orders, if I understand correctly. I suggest that we deal with
this on bug 6819 as suggested and file a new bug report if there is another
aspect to it.
