Bug 25067: Fix globs for staff and opac string extraction

It looks like gulp (or more likely its dependency 'glob') does not
like negative ('!') globs and the 'nocase' option when used together
We have to repeat the globs to get what we want (exclude all *MARC*
files from the staff/opac string extraction process
