Totally agree with you, Martin!

We still have a number of instances that are CGI-only, but they're all being
migrated to Plack over time. Nothing new on CGI.

The community still needs to get rid of CGI dependence (even when running
Plack) for some scripts, but hopefully my discovery on bug 26400 might help a
little bit with that. Plus the message queue in bug 22417 for background tasks.
