I was able to successfully apply these patches to a fresh master site, but ran
into trouble when I loaded an existing library's 19.11 data into my testing
docker, updated the database to master, applied these patches and restarted
services, and then tried to receive. When I go to parcel.pl, the pending orders
list is empty when it should not be and I get a long db error. I'll attach the
content of my plack error log in a text file.
