Well there's a finnish self check machine vendor here who agreed to test the
new solution with us. It's been tested on a test server successfully. I can't
get my hands on their code and they won't share it, but in the discussions
we've had they've mentioned that this is the way they communicate with some
other systems as well (originally the POST request xml needed to be in escape
form, and they requested that the xml could be sent unescaped for a more
unified solution, without a need for a Koha specific solution).
